Monthly payment figures shown on inventory listings are estimates based on the residual value, term, and rate assumptions stated on that listing; your actual payment is determined at the time of a written lease agreement and is subject to credit approval, applicable taxes, title, registration, and other fees.
3. Lease Payment Calculator
The lease payment calculator on this site is provided for general estimation purposes only. It uses simplified lease math and the values you enter, and does not constitute a quote, offer, or commitment to lease on any specific terms.
4. Financing Applications & Credit Authorization
By submitting a financing application, you authorize Autolink and its lending/leasing partners to verify the information provided and to obtain a consumer credit report for pre-qualification and, if you proceed, final approval purposes. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or the availability of any specific vehicle or lease term.
5. No Warranty
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Vehicle condition disclosures, warranties, and inspection reports (where applicable) are provided separately at the time of lease signing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autolink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on estimates it provides. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, may be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, as further described in your lease agreement.
